Welcome to True Design Holidays Co., Ltd., operating under the business name Phuket Thailand Travel. We appreciate your trust in booking tours with us. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and other relevant matters for our Tour Bookings.
We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy before making a booking. Additionally, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance before your trip.
If you need to cancel your tour booking after deposit payment, please contact us.
1. Cancellation at least 3 days before the scheduled day tour: No cancellation charge is applied, the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation less than 3 days before the scheduled day tour: 50% cancellation fee is applied (dependent on the specific boat/tour).
3. Cancellation 1 day before the scheduled day tour or same day cancellation: 100% cancellation fee is applied (dependent on the specific boat/tour).
Please note: All deposit payment is non-refundable and optional to reschedule the travelling date within 7 days or as per agreement.
If the tour itself gets canceled:
1. If the tour does not meet minimum booking requirements: Full refund or option to reschedule.
2. Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or option to reschedule, at the discretion of the Captain or Main Tour Operator.
Please note: No refunds are offered if you decide not to go on the tour due to weather conditions on the day of the tour.
If the customer is not present for pick-up or does not go on the tour for any reason, no refund is applicable. Claims should be submitted to the customer’s travel insurance company.
Refusal to pay transfer and national park fees may result in tour refusal. Any resulting costs for transportation back to the hotel will be borne by the customer with no tour payment refund.
1. Pregnant Women: Not allowed on specified tours, no refund if access is refused.
2. Children under 1 and persons over 70: Not allowed on specified speedboat tours, no refund if access is refused.
**Tour Operator’s Disclaimer:**
The tour program is subject to change due to weather and sea conditions. No compensation is applicable in such cases.
If the cancellation is due to a Force Majeure Event, full refunds will be issued. We are not liable for any loss, delay, injury, or other issues caused by a Force Majeure Event.
We will not be liable for additional costs associated with travel, such as meeting point transportation, accommodation, and meals.
