- All tour reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund of amounts paid.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time are unfortunately non-refundable.
- In the rare event that we cancel the tour due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be given the option to rebook for an alternate date or receive a refund.
- No-shows are not eligible for any refund or rescheduling of the missed tour.
